Compound Works offers digital products, information products, custom research reports, and other digital goods through our website (compoundworks.co), Gumroad, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
All products are delivered digitally. Physical print-on-demand products (where offered) are fulfilled by third-party providers including Printify.
⚠️ Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to a digital product and waive your right to a refund.
This applies to all digital downloads, guides, templates, reports, and information products sold by Compound Works.
If you have a legitimate technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us at compoundworksdungeon@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it.
Custom research and intelligence reports (such as the AI Competitor Intelligence Report) have a 72-hour delivery window from the time of confirmed payment.
When you purchase a product from Compound Works, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own purposes.

Our products — particularly intelligence reports and research materials — are provided for informational purposes only. Compound Works makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any product.
Intelligence reports reflect research at the time of delivery. Markets, competitors, and conditions change. Use the information as one input among many — not as the sole basis for major business decisions.
Compound Works is not a licensed financial advisor, legal counsel, or medical provider. Nothing in our products constitutes professional advice in these areas.
All content on compoundworks.co — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product names, and design — is the intellectual property of Compound Works and protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, copy, or use any portion of our website or marketing materials without written permission.
Some products are sold through third-party platforms (Gumroad, Shopify, TikTok Shop). Those platforms have their own terms of service which also apply to your purchase. Compound Works is not responsible for actions, policies, or outages on third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compound Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services — including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
